Honors for Eagle Scout

NORTH ATTLEBORO - A teenager responsible for repairs to the stone steps at the Grace Episcopal Church in town was honored at the start of Monday night’s town council meeting.

Joshua Aaron Shockley recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in the Boy Scouts of America program.

Famous Eagle Scouts include astronaut Neil Armstrong, Supreme Court Justice Steven Breyer, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Director Steven Spielberg, former President Gerald Ford and former North Attleboro High School Principal Bob Gay.
