NORTH ATTLEBORO - An action needed report submitted by Jackie Connolly of 5 Gertrude Road in North Attleboro resulted in a lengthy, sometimes contentious exchange between residents and members of the board of health during the group's meeting Tuesday night.
Residents expressed concern about the number of rats in their neighborhoods and asked officials to do more to address the infestation.
