NORTH ATTLEBORO - The issue of rats in town was the first topic addressed when Michael Borg visited the North TV studio on Thursday for the recording of the May/June edition of “The Town Manager’s Report” program.
Borg said that he visited the home of the woman who appeared before the board of health last week asking the town to take action.
