NORTH ATTLEBORO - Friday's cablecast of "North TV News" is the station 999th weekly newscast.
Called "North Attleborough This Week" when the newscast premiered on July 21, 2006, the name was changed to "North TV News" when the station expanded into Plainville
North TV will celebrate the 1,000th newscast during the August 7 edition of "North TV News."
The stories that impacted North Attleboro and Plainville the most over the past two decades will be announced and replayed at that time.
