ARE ALL PROGRAMS AVAILABLE IN HI-DEF?

No, but the majority of programs produced since January of 2019 in North Attleborough and April of 2019 in Plainville can be streamed in that format. North Attleborough government meetings held at Town Hall, the Police Station and the Woodcock School Administration Building are available in standard definition only, as are archived shows, games, and meetings before that date.



WHY AREN’T THOSE SAME PROGRAMS AVAILABLE IN HI-DEF THROUGH MY COMCAST OR VERIZON CABLE BOX?

Comcast and Verizon do not provide North TV with Hi-Def channels. Although our conversion to Hi-Def equipment has improved the picture quality you see on your television, the only place to watch North TV in Hi-Def is by becoming an Insider and watching us on northtv.net.



I AM ALREADY A COMCAST OR VERIZON SUBSCRIBER. DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE TO BECOME AN INSIDER?

No, simply click the box with the words, “FREE – North Attleborough and Plainville Residents (must be a cable subscriber)” and then upload a copy of your latest cable bill by following the instructions that will appear below.

That’s not a problem. Simply mail a copy of your latest cable bill to: North TV Insider, 93 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760. Make sure you include the User Name, Password and Email Address you want associated with this account. You can also stop by our offices and studio and deliver your cable bill in person.



HOW LONG AFTER YOU VERIFY THAT I AM A COMCAST OR VERIZON SUBSCRIBER WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN ENJOY THE INSIDER BENEFITS?

It may take up to two business days after we receive your cable bill to activate your account.



I DO NOT HAVE CABLE TELEVISION NOR LIVE IN NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH OR PLAINVILLE. DOES THAT PREVENT ME FROM STREAMING NORTH TV PROGRAMMING?

WHO WILL SEE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

Credit cards payments are made directly through one of a national credit card processing company. No one at North TV sees your credit card information. The only notification we receive is that your account has been paid and can be activated.
