NORTH ATTLEBORO - The school committee heard the latest on the future construction of the new high school from superintendent John Antonucci during their meeting Tuesday night.
The school was approved in a special election on June 3.
The election wasn’t even close with 3,981 residents (62%) voting yes and 2,449 (38%) voting no.
The 30-year bond will result in an increase of $970 more in property taxes per year for the owner of a typical $569,820 home.
