ATTLEBORO - The 38th annual commemoration of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday was held Monday at city hall in Attleboro, followed by an interfaith servicd at the nearby Centenary United Methodist Church.
Ethel Garvin, chair of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee of Greater Attleboro, was one of the speakers, while the keynote speaker was the Rev. Jeffrey L. Brown of the Twelfth Baptist Church in Boston.
