PLAINVILLE - Residents, town officials, police and firefighters gathered in front of the town’s public safety building Friday morning for the town’s 9/11 remembrance ceremony.
Those gathered in the area in the triangle between the safety building, town hall and the library vowed to never forget that tragic day.
