PLAINVILLE - The developer of the senior housing complex planned for the Heather Hill Golf Course appeared before the town's planning board Monday night at town hall.
Steve Cabral, president of Crossman Engineering, reviewed the process to date on the proposal by Toll Brothers.
Residents had a number of comments after the presentation.
