NORTH ATTLEBORO - Now that students have returned to school, it won’t be long before leaves change colors, temperatures drop and winter arrives.
Here in New England, the return of colder weather means the end of paving season.
Michael Borg discussed the status of road projects in North Attleboro and funding for the projects during a recent recording of his monthly “Town Manager’s Report.”
