NORTH ATTLEBORO - Last week's meeting of the town's board of health included a discussion about teen inhalants and the possibility of enacting an age restriction on the sale of whippets.
The small containers of nitrous oxide are designed for baking, but are being used instead as inhalants - especially among younger residents.
