NORTH ATTLEBORO - The terrorist attack on New Orleans' Bourbon Street in the early morning hours of New Years Day was one of the topics discussed when Town Manager Michael Borg recorded the January edition of his monthly show.
Maybe it's a result of his military background, but Borg has been proactive over the past couple of years by stationing North Attleboro DPW trucks and public safety vehicles to block roads during the DANA Santa Parade and downtown block party.
