NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town council, during their meeting Monday night, approved the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) and Free Cash strategies presented by Town Manager Michael Borg and recommended by the finance subcommittee at their meeting last week.
ARPA revenue is expected to total $8 million and free cash was certified by the state at approximately $5.5 million.
