NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town councilor Mark Gould’s request for a public hearing was granted Monday during the semi-monthly meeting of the town council.
The hearing was required after a citizen’s petition signed by more than 25 North Attleboro registered voters was submitted in hopes of adopting a budget for FY26 of approximately 1% less than normally allocated. The reduction would be more than $1 million.
