NORTH ATTLEBORO - North TV’s election coverage, in advance of next month's Plainville and North Attleboro town elections, is set.
The five candidates seeking two three-year terms on the North Attleboro school committee will debate in the North TV studio on Monday, March 25 at 7 p.m. Those candidates are incumbent Tasha Buzzell, Keith LaPointe, Meagan Lee, Charlie Peters and Aaron Whirl.
The two candidates seeking Plainville’s one three-year seat on the King Philip school committee will debate in our studio that next night at 6:30 on Tuesday, March 26. Incumbent Bruce Cates is being challenged by Chris Brenneis.
That debate will be followed by the two candidates hoping to fill the one three-year seat on Plainville’s select board. Incumbent Jeff Johnson and former select board member Stan Widak will debate at North TV beginning at 7:15 p.m.
We will be LIVE, hopefully from Plainville town hall, for election night results for the town’s April 1 election beginning at 8:15 on our Plainville Channel, Comcast channel 8.
We’ll be in our studio exactly 24 hours and 15 minutes later for the results of North Attleboro’s election on April 2 at 8:30 p.m. LIVE coverage on our Government Channel: Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 23.
