NORTH ATTLEBORO - The area dodged a bullet when Tropical Storm Debby approached New England earlier this month.
The heavy rain and/or wind did not reach the level many meteorologists had predicted, which was certainly good news for residents living along the Ten Mile River, especially the tenants of the 21 East Apartments.
North TV asked Michael Borg, during the recent recording of his monthly “Town Manager’s Report,” if allowing the apartment building to be built a wise decision.
