Test 3

Road projects continue in North

NORTH ATTLEBORO - The end of daylight saving time in a couple of weeks won't mean the end of projects on town roads.

Department of Public Works Director Mark Hollowell gave members of the Board of Public Works an update on projects throughout the town during the board’s meeting Wednesday night.

The Chestnut Street bridge, changing the timing of lights on Route 1, improvements at the DPW yard, lights in the downtown and the Ten Mile River were some of the topics covered in his report.

Wednesday night’s meeting of the Board of Public Works can be seen in its entirety on North TV’s North Attleboro Government Channel: Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 23.

You can also stream that meeting and all meetings of town boards in High Definition by becoming a North TV Insider, a free service to North Attleboro and Plainville cable subscribers.
