NORTH ATTLEBORO - The potential cause of two house fires that hit the town at the same time were disclosed this week.
Fire Chief Chris Coleman told our partners at The Sun Chronicle, “the fires appear to be accidental at this time and are pointing in the direction of being electrical in nature. However, the investigation continues.”
The first was a two-alarm fire at 12:10 a.m. on Saturday, February 14 in a two-family home on Oakhurst Street.
The second was a blaze at 1:35 a.m. on Wendy Drive, which went to three alarms.
No one was injured.
