NORTH ATTLEBORO - Less than a month after Attleboro’s city council voted to eliminate the mandatory winter parking ban from December 1 through March 31, the town’s traffic study advisory group discussed doing the same.
The proposal was made by Department of Public Works Director Mark Hollowell.
