NORTH ATTLEBORO - Parishioners of the town’s Sacred Heart Church will notice something different when Sunday Masses return next month.
The former rectory at the side of the church is gone.
Demolition of the more than century-old structure took place on Monday to make way for additional playground space for St. Mary Sacred Heart School students
North TV spoke about the project with the Rev. David Costa during a break in the demolition.

Masses have been held at St. Mark's Church during the summer months.
