PLAINVILLE - The recent announcement that the Foxboro train station next to Gillette Stadium will become a regular stop for commuters into and out of Boston was welcome news for residents who don’t live near the MBTA’s Attleboro or Mansfield stations.
The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority’s decision expanding full service to Foxboro was discussed during Tuesday’s meeting of the Plainville master plan committee.
