NORTH ATTLEBORO - A new ambulance for the fire department is on its way after the town council approved a funding measure during their semi-monthly meeting Monday night.
Councilors noted the money will come from ambulance receipts and not from the budget or free cash.
Fire Chief Chris Coleman attended the meeting to explain the need for the new rescue vehicle.
