NORTH ATTLEBORO - It’s time for the first of many announcements of our North TV Player of the Week.
There were five games on the schedule in week one, September 5 through September 8: the Tri-County boys’ soccer game against South Shore Tech, Tri-County’s volleyball match against Norfolk Aggie, North Attleboro hosting Canton in boys’ soccer, King Philip’s football game against Walpole and North’s football game against Feehan.
Our first Player of the Week for the 2023-24 school year is North Attleboro running back Chris Hanewich.
The 6’1” 195 pound senior scored three touchdowns, the first coming on the Red Rocketeers first play from scrimmage.
Chris will receive a copy of the 29-19 win and a Player of the Week shirt in North Attleboro red.
