PLAINVILLE - Members of the select board, conservation commission, board of health and planning board held a joint meeting Monday night to discuss the permitting for the construction of a water treatment plant at 171 East Bacon Street.
The proposed construction, which is contingent on two positive votes at next month’s special town meeting, is a 12,070 square foot municipal water treatment plant.
