NORTH ATTLEBORO - An overflow crowd of residents and officials packed the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room and the foyer at town hall Monday night for the town council’s bimonthly meeting.
All but a few were there for a public hearing on the seven Flock cameras stationed throughout the town.
The majority of the residents who spoke were unhappy with town installing the automated license plate readers.
