NORTH ATTLEBORO - Concerns about the town’s water have surfaced on social media after the department of public works posted a public notice recently on its website.
The document, written by the Department of Environmental Protection, stated tests at the McKeon Water Treatment Facility found that levels of PFAS (polyfluoroalkyls) were elevated.
The city of Attleboro issued a similar statement last week.
