NORTH ATTLEBORO - If employees of the town's power company ever adopt uniforms, a replica of the Superman suit might be appropriate.

 

North Attleborough Electric employees were ready for the heavy winds and rain Tropical Storm Isaias delivered to the town late Tuesday afternoon.

 

A circuit tripped late that afternoon leaving nearly 1,3000 customers in the area of Mount Hope Street, Towne Street, Clifton Street and John Rezza Drive without power. NAED crews had power restored to the majority of customers within a few hours.
