NORTH ATTLEBORO - Reprsentatives of the Lobisser Companies appeared before the zoning board of appeals Tuesday night with additional details for the 40B development they are proposing.
The location is on the south side of Draper Avenue behind the CarMax used car dealership and in front of the medical building owned by Sturdy Health.
A traffic study commissioned by the town, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the company Vanasse and Associates found the 40 rental units would not impact traffic significantly.
