PLAINVILLE - Two articles that will determine the future of water treatment in the town will be on the warrant when residents assemble for a special town meeting on Monday, October 7.
Members of the select board, at their meeting Monday night, completed the discussion of the proposed new water treatment plant cost-sharing split.
