PLAINVILLE - Town Administrator Brian Noble and Select Board Chair Brian Kelly joined North TV's Executive Director Peter Gay recently for a recording of "The Chairman's Report."
During the half-hour discussion the two officials spoke about plans for new growth including an update on the former Plainville Drive-In and plans for a Market Basket at Route 1 near Route 495.
