NORTH ATTLEBORO - It's been said, "Timing is everything."
That was certainly the case this week.
One day before a letter to the editor of The Sun Chronicle criticized North Attleboro officials, specifically the director of the department of public works, for not maintaining the Ten Mile River, Town Manager Michael Borg answered the question during the recording of his monthly “Town Manager’s Report.”
North TV asked Borg what is being done about the river and flooding.
