NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town Manager Michael Borg delivered the state of the town address during a joint meeting of the town council and school meeting Monday town in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference room at town hall.
The annual report on the town’s finances is required in the town charter adopted when North Attleboro changed from a select board and representative town meeting form of government to a town manager and town council.
Borg spoke about progress made in reaching PFAs levels in water, stabilization funds, the demolition of the Webster Mill building on Broadway and more.
