NORTH ATTLEBORO - A citizen’s petition about the quality of the town's water will be on the agenda when the town council meets Monday night in the JoAnn Cathcart meeting room at town hall.
The topic was one of many North TV addressed with Town Manager Michael Borg during the recording of the March edition of “The Town Manager’s Report.”
