PLAINVILLE - Select Board Chair Brian Kelly and Town Administrator Brian Noble were on the North TV news set recently for a year-end edition of Kelly’s “The Chairman’s Report.”
In addition to looking back at developments in town during 2025, Kelly and Noble discussed projects scheduled for the new year.
Kelly was asked about an increase in motor vehicle traffic, specifically at the intersection of Routes 106 and 152.
