ATTLEBORO FALLS - The area’s 39th annual commemoration of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday was held on Monday.
The municipal program took place at Attleboro’s city hall and was followed by an interfaith service at the Central Congregational Church.
The later service featured keynote speaker Meghan E. Irons, professor of the practice of impact journalism at Boston University.
The municipal program and interfaith service were hosted by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Committee of Greater Attleboro.
