NORTH ATTLEBORO - Speeding on town streets and what should be done about it was a hot topic when members of the traffic study advisory group discussed the issue with members of the town council during the latter board’s meeting Monday night.
Department of Public Works Director Mark Hollowell explained there are many measure traffic “calming” can be accomplished.

Monday's meeting was held in the James Rice Meeting Room at the Woodcock School Administration Building due to damage to the lower level of town hall during the September 11 flooding.
