NORTH ATTLEBORO - The quality of the town's water was the topic of a public hearing requested as a result of a citizen’s petition led by Councilor Mark Gould.
DPW Director Mark Hollowell provided a report as part of a joint meeting of the town council and board of public works during the former board’s semi-monthly meeting.
