NORTH ATTLEBORO - The Finance Committee approved Town Manager Michael Borg’s recommendations for more than $5.5 million in free cash certified by the state during the recent audit for fiscal year 2021.
Borg started the agenda item by explaining why the number is higher than in recent years.
