NORTH ATTLEBORO - One year after topping the $100 million mark, the budget proposed for the town's new fiscal year beginning July 1 is up 3.67 percent over this year.
Town Manager Michael Borg presented the budget in detail to members of the town council during their semimonthly meeting Monday night.
The budget will now go to the finance subcommittee to review over the next few weeks.
