NORTH ATTLEBORO - Flock cameras were on the agenda for the second straight meeting of the town's bylaw subcommittee.
The official term for Monday night's agena item was, “Discussion and development of a technology-neutral municipal surveillance technology governance framework, pursuant to the Town Council’s September 28, 2026, referral.”
Dan Donovan, the chair of the subcommittee, opened the discussion.
Town Manager Michael Borg, Couniclor John Simmons and Police Chief Richard McQuade joined in.
