NORTH ATTLEBORO - A town resident was arraigned Thursday on drug trafficking charges related to a raid at his home last week in which police say they seized more than 1,200 pounds of marijuana, 1,000 pounds of psilocybin mushroom chocolates, methamphetamine pills, and over $220,000 in cash.
Our partners at The Sun Chronicle reported Michael A. Andrew-Everette, 36, of 8 Adamsdale Road, pleaded innocent in Attleboro District Court where he appeared on a warrant and is free on $7,500 cash bail.
Andrews-Everette, the married father of three children, was the target of an investigation by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s office in New Jersey and New Bedford and the North Attleboro police, according to a police report.
The defendant’s wife, Samantha Everette, 36, also of 8 Adamsdale Road, faces the same charges and has been summonsed for arraignment next month.
