NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town Manager Michael Borg’s plan for $8 million in free cash during the current fiscal year was reviewed by members of the town’s finance subcommittee less than an hour before Monday night’s meeting of the town council.
Council Vice President John Simmons, a member of the subcommittee, reviewed the free cash strategy Borg presented at the earlier meeting to the full council.
