NORTH ATTLEBORO - Flooding as a result of the Ten Mile River overflowing its banks was addressed by Department of Public Works Director Mark Hollowell during Monday night’s meeting of the town council.
Severe flooding along the river and other parts of town on September 11 of last year resulted in property damage for a number of residents.
