NORTH ATTLEBORO - There was one major issue requiring a vote when the school committee met Tuesday night at the Woodcock School Administration building, a new library media center materials selection policy.
The item was recommended by the curriculum policy subcommittee after the book “Woke: A Young Poet’s Call to Justice” was pulled off the shelves of the Martin Elementary School library last year and then replaced after public outcry.
