NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town will be represented when the 2022 Miss Massachusetts USA Pageant takes place the weekend of March 26 and 27 in Burlington.
Joanna Dunn, now a Plainville resident, is a former student at the North Attleboro Middle School and Tri-County Regional High School. She will wear the sash that reads Miss North Attleboro in the two-day competition. Contestants are able to choose which town they want to represent.
Dunn visited the North TV studio Monday night for a recording of “Inside Look” that will premiere next Friday, February 4.
The 19-year old lost her father in a fire when she was one-year old and was put into foster care a decade later when her mother was unable to care for her. Dunn remained in the system for years before being adopted by a Plainville family.
