PLAINVILLE - North TV’s decision to require visitors to log in to view the stream the Community, Education, Government and Plainville channels, along with archived programs from the four channels was on the agenda when members of the select board met Monday night.
A North TV represented explained the purpose of cable access programming, the main source of revenue and the need to move content behind a paywall.
