PLAINVILLE - Residents will gather Monday night inside the Beatrice Wood School to tackle the 20 articles that make up the annual town meeting warrant.
Article 10 asks for a "vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds, or otherwise, such sums of money as may be required to defray the regular expenses of the town for the financial year beginning July 1, 2021."
Town Administrator Jennifer Thompson and Selectmen Chair Brian Kelley explained that article and the 19 others during a special recording of “Inside Government” in the North TV studio last week.
