NORTH ATTLEBORO - The apartment complex known as 21 East was on the planning board’s agenda again Thursday night – the second time in three weeks.
The owners and tenants waiting to move in were at the board's meeting on June 17 to request an occupancy permit.
Residents of Holbrook Street, which abuts the property, were also at that meeting and asked that the permit be denied until water issues are addressed, some telling the board their cellars have been flooded as a result of the construction.
