NEEDHAM - Senator Becca Rausch testified at a public hearing before colleagues Thursday (May 14) on her proposed 2020 Vote by Mail Act she and representative Adrian Madero filed.
The legislation would allow Massachusetts voters to cast ballots by mail in the September 1 state primary and the November 3 state election. The latter is also the presidential election.
