PLAINVILLE - Senior housing on the site of Heather Hill Country Club is closer to reality after the select board approved the water and sewer application during their semi-monthly meeting Monday, April 27.
The approval of the water and sewer connection permits is one of a number of steps before the 384-units at the 55 and over Regency at Heather Hill complex replaces the 27-hole golf course.
The fees for the water and sewer application are expected to generate more than $3 million in revenue for the town.
That meeting can be seen in its entirety on North TV’s Plainville Channel: Comcast channel 8.
